This story involves adiutaByte GmbH from Germany and Routeique from Canada, who, along with a third partner, Motion Miners from Germany, embarked on a transformative project under the IraSME program.

adiutaByte GmbH: A German company specializing in real-time optimization software, adiutaByte develops advanced algorithms and machine learning solutions to tackle complex fleet management tasks across various sectors. Their technology reduces manual planning efforts, cuts costs, and enhances customer satisfaction.

Routeique: Based in Canada, Routeique offers a cloud-based, end-to-end order and delivery management solution for supply chains. Their integrated hardware and software solutions connect manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, streamlining supply chain operations.

Together, these innovative companies successfully applied for the IraSME program and received funding for their project, ERTRaWOS. The goal of ERTRaWOS was to develop an optimization system for warehouse and fleet management in logistics. The project leveraged the strengths of each partner:

• Motion Miners: Collected detailed data from warehouses using their advanced technology.
• Routeique: Provided specific fleet data through their Vehicle Brain system.
• adiutaByte: Utilized their cutting-edge algorithms and fleet planning software to process the data, improve fleet routing, and reduce manual planning.

The collaborative efforts focused on optimizing warehouse personnel movements, minimizing distances covered during the picking process, and automating fleet planning for deliveries. The fleet planning system used data from Routeique to enhance fleet management based on various goods categories and vehicle capacities.

Outcomes and Impact:
