ECCIR had an incredible experience at HANNOVER MESSE 2025, where Canada proudly took the spotlight as the official Partner Country!

From cutting-edge technology to game-changing collaborations, the fair showcased the power of international innovation. ECCIR, in collaboration with the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) Canada, was proud to play a key role in fostering Canadian and European relations and creating opportunities that will drive collaboration far beyond the fair.

Here are some of ECCIR’s key highlights from Hannover Messe 2025:

ECCIR partnered with NGen Canada to recruit and support Canadian delegates and make Hannover Messe an unforgettable experience.
The German-Canadian Hydrogen Matchmaking & Pitching Sessions, organized in collaboration with our EEN partner Niedersachsen.next, connected key players in the hydrogen sector.
The highlight was a visit from Olaf Lies, Minister of Economic Affairs, Transport, Building, and Digitalization for Lower Saxony, who visited the joint booth and took part in an interview with Canadian delegate Rocky Taylor.
The AI Matchmaking opportunity, promoted by ECCIR and the EEN Canada in collaboration with Baden-Württemberg International, brought together Canadian and German businesses at the forefront of artificial intelligence.
The Technology & Business Cooperation Days, the official B2B matchmaking managed by NBank and EEN Niedersachsen and co-organized by ECCIR and EEN Canada, fostered valuable connections and discussions.
